Weapon bug
So the sniper Hamr- brahminy(bounce sniper), says when it doesnt bounce wpn dmg should increase +20% up to five stacks. However, after testing on dummy the damage stays roughly the same. Noticed this with precision strikes, where weak dmg increase isnt happening.

P.s i noticed every OTHER shot has an increase in dmg, so i think the description is wrong, says next shot dmg increase, but also stacks. This doesnt add up since it cant stack if only the next shot dmg increases??
