Phase 3-5 not really new content.

The giant's tentacles sensed the Mayfly's presence? Where. I been driving around and seen no tentacles lol.

The prime war and hard-mode dungeons. Thats not really content, thats just flipping a switch and now the monsters have more hp and do more damage.

All areas unlocked? Seriously? It was already unlocked in phase 2. No new fog of war revealed, no new area to go to. This is not content.

Acquisition multiplier increased for some basic supplies? Again not content, you boosted the drop rates on supplies. This was needed anyway. But again not content.

Season goal, ok I click my claim all, done.

This just repeats for Phase 4 and 5, with Pro and Nightmare mode. Plus some new blueprints.

Phase 6 might be new stuff, just dont know yet.

If this is the content for every week im just going to get bored by week 3. I've done all the quest, did all the silos, did all the things. I couldn't really care less about hard/pro/nightmare modes when everything outside these dungeons are one shot anyway. And pvp not really my jam.

On top of that my base is bugged and I cant even move it.

Prime wars are kind of boring. Everyone got rockets and cannons set up. I just sat back and did 40 damage to this giant thing. I was like what's the point? I mean these guys brought all the firepower and doing all the work. I am just sitting here collecting the rewards. Seemed boring, I just dont see the difference going hard mode or even nightmare mode.

I am capped at 50, my base is maxed out. I am good on acid good on energy links. Am I done? what else is there? Is this going to be the norm for all the seasons, just first 2 weeks of leveling, then week 3-6 nothing?

I was excited for hard modes but its no solo content so its worthless to me. You can solo it sure but its not fun to grind on a health sponge thats meant to be killed by 4 people

You say that like you won't be upset when people leave and the game dies...

I'm loving Once Human, I've already spent money in the game and play it regularly; but phase 3's content drip was lame. The time gating is necessary to an extent but this is excessive and if the player base doesn't like it, its in everyone's best interest for them to voice it and give the devs an idea of how to improve going forward.

With a decent build, soloing the hard content isn't that bad. (I'm not talking about pure meta either.) Once you get a decent gold weapon mod and calibrate some gear that synergizes with it., the rest of hard content is soloable without being tedious. For perspective, I don't think I'm very good at the game, but other than some minor hiccups I was able to solo all the hard content in a relatively short amount of time.

I would reccomend letting this game stew until the end of the year. Then we will see if this is a last effort to grab some cash or they are actually working on content which i doubt considering how long they have been "testing" this.

Shocking that an MMO has content meant for groups.

You complain now but just imagine if the game capped you at lvl 10 for week one and opened up 10 more levels each week. The complaints would be endless.

Folks, this is the benefit to a wipe. This game pours everything into its leveling open world survival experience. There's nothing to do but play again once you're done. It's like Fortnite... repeating the same stuff each season to level up and get new rewards again.

Regardless of damage done, rewards for Prime War participation almost (Very low percent chance of a cool deviant being the exception) never even equals the amount spent to reach those levels of contribution. You can love a game and acknowledge its flaws, Prime Wars from both a performance and rewards standpoint are flawed.

You can get a third chest without spending much resources. I'm getting chests only with gravel and wood. Yes 3rd chest. I just build a ♥♥♥♥ ton of foundations and walls near the spawn. I do healing objective, killings adds and doing damage to the boss. I don't do shield. Because I'm always out of stardust and can't make rockets. And rewards are ok. You get mods and ♥♥♥♥.

Yes, you get a third chest with 12 premium fuel and 20 gunpowder. The rewards are not worth the cost, no matter how you slice it. YOU may get a third chest by making foundations, but that means someone's footing the bill for all the biomissiles and plasma rounds. They won't continue to do that if they don't get anything of equivalent value back out.

Edit: And what mods are you getting that you wouldn't get for less resources by going to a silo/hard mode boss?

Isn't phase 4 also the mabinus thing? Btw hard modes also adds new mechanics to bosses.
