assets popin and popout?

Hello, the game is installed on a SSD, and yet.. Sometimes the assets load as I drive by them. Is this a bug?

Have the same and it is very jarring. Tried playing with the video settings but did not find a fix. I have seen stuff disappear and reappear just standing there.

Ok, I thought there was an issue with my SSD.

Nope not just you. Though I only have this happen when I cause a loading screen. It's not every time either, just like every 3rd time I teleport somewhere.

What settings do you have it on. For now I just set it to high default setting and I only notice popin when gliding. It's noticeable but not in my face. The game seems to run smoother for me when I just use the default high setting without changing anything.
