MGL Heavy Weapon ammmo, where to craft?

I have intermadiate supplies workbench but there is no heavy weapon ammo there. Can anyone help me by telling how i can craft bullets for MGL?

You probably need to invest some Cipher points into Advanced Ammunition

No, in there there is steel ap ammo. the problem is, there is no heavy weapon ammo as a category. I dont get it. and cant find any source how to craft it either.

We have 2 weapons with similar names:
MGL FRAG which uses HE Grenade as ammo it is crafted in Synthesis Bench or Advanced Synthesis Bench, you will also need Ammunition II unlocked.

and

LMG weapons which use LMG Bullet crafted in Supplies Workbench
