Super Refinery broken

The "Super Refinery" that we spend a point on says it refines things more efficiently, with the text saying "The input-output ratio is 10:1" except it's not. At least it's not for the mixed -to-pure fuel refining.

Currently it takes 25 mixed fuel to make a single pure fuel but at 10 mixed fuel you actually get MORE refill on your vehicle than a single pure, so it's actually WORSE currently to use the super refinery than just keep using the mixed fuel.

The ONLY benefit the super refinery seems to have over the normal one is that it can make mixed fuel from Acid, which is good overall, but the entire mixed-to-pure chain for this thing is broken and doesn't do, at all, what it says it's supposed to.

Yes, I understand the supply chain.

The point is the refinery says it makes mixed fuel into premium fuel *better* than the normal refinery and this is NOT the case. It says "10:1" ratio and it's not, it's 25:1 ratio.

In the late game you can get crude oil in certain spots from water pumps and turn that into fuel which is prolly its intended use.

It DOES convert mixed fuel to premium better than the standard refinery. The standard refinery is a ratio of 50:1. The 10:1 ratio in the description is just wrong.
