Lost starchrom after resonant filter ivent.

Used with my friends resonant filter to gather 4k starchrom and after ivent ending we got nothing. Stardust resonant filter was empty and no rewards on the floor, terminal is empty too. Has anyone encountered anything like this? Ofc I wrote to support about it, but I doubt I'll get a response at all this part of the season.

Had this happen to me, go into build mode and fly cam and check your roof. My starchrom got teleported into the sky but I was able to build up to it and retrieve it.

Just had this happen to me. Wanted to wait til I got stone since I play alone. I Did a test of 1 lvl1 that worked but then 5 lvl2 cortex and then 10 and got nothing from them. Not on the roof or anywhere.
Edit: also after completing the waves and the filter taking no damage it’s still saying 1/40 weekly limit but it did eat my cores so.

happend to me just now too. on my first base i had 2x roofs above it and it didnt teleport ontop and now all of a sudden it did and we didnt know and just assumed it was bugged. and now on my last base it just loves the roof for no reason. lost 40x lvl3 cortex just now and really annoyed

This happened to me too. Yesterday I put 32 - Lvl 3 cortex in starchrom resonant filter and defended my territory, when it finished it made the normal noise but nothing came out. My Lvl 3 cortex's were gone and I looked everywhere around my base. The roof, beneath the floor, nothing anywhere. Lvl 3s are a grind and a half not to happy

TBH they just need to spawn a reward thing like in silo's/monoliths that way you cant miss the reward...way too many ppl have issues with it.

You need to be in the same Hive in order to Benefit from using anothers base, Just Giving perms isnt enough. Warbands Do not count

No one is talking about their neighbors benefiting from rewards from the territory defense. There were no rewards for anybody to benefit including myself and it was my territory. No rewards spawned at all. Do i now grind another 30-40 silos to get those cortex back so that i can hope the game doesnt glitch again and i get some rewards?

I just did a defense and found my starchrom sitting inside of the machine. NOT in the machines UI, but underneath it. Moving the filter in build mode revealed the starchrom and I was able to pick it up.

Happened to me just a few minutes ago. I moved the damn Resonator and there it was. The Starchrom was slightly under it. Not sure why the starchrom isn't just in the device so you can claim it like other team mates do.
