How many of your specializations are useless?
Mine currently are:

Disassembly Bench: Careful Disassembly
Gravel and Log On-The-Go
Useless - Pickaxe: Moonlight Mining
Precious Metal Refining
Useless - Electric Drill: Treasure Hunter (Friend gave me advanced solar drill)
Useless - Stardust Water Pump (Oil Processing better)
Oil Processing
Deviant Power Generator: Stardust Unleashed.

And I've already used the two resets we got =(

Honestly, why does Stardust pump require batteries!? its insane... the description clearly says it pumps stardust as long as its got power, but uses batteries for consumption and yet still needs power? should be one or the other, preferably Power = Stardust, theres gotta be some way we can get acid and stardust that doesnt take 8 freaking hours a stack...

These arent completely useless mate.
At least not from a player-economy standpoint:

Solar drill made with gold + treasure-hunter is crazy good.
And mixed fuel made from oil is in demand for crafting premium fuel, that in turn is used to make prime-war ammunition.

You could turn a lot of this into Energy.

At least you didnt get gold/silver pickaxes or the easter-egg cooking jank.

10 - Backpack Expansion
15 - Disassembly Bench: Careful Disassembly
20 - Solar Drill
25 - Electric Furnace: Efficiency Lover
*30 - Sulfur Chemist (sulfur and energy link into 99xacid in 8hrs)
*35 - Oil Prcessing (turns oil and staroid ore into stardust)
40 - Nalcott Easter Eggs (craft easter eggs like stuff to get super mods). (will replace in phase 4).
*45 - Rifle Turret: two birds one stone (increase turret dmg and durability and triggers bounce on effect)
50 - Stardust Mining Platform (more staroid ore).

* = reset item.

This is what i got so far lol

I rerolled twice trying for sulfur chemist and didn't hit. Now I have all 7 biomass generators feeding my Water Pump > Purifier > Fermentation Barrel acid farm.

The ones I put 'useless' by are the ones I find useless lol. The electric drill is useless to me because another hive member had solar drill and electric drill perks and made and drill and gave it to me. Making the perk useless to me. The Stardust Water pump requires batteries. The Oil Processing one is just Stardust Ore and Premium fuel x15. While the fuel amount sucks, it's manageable.

NOTE:
If you have anything that enhances a crafting workstation, you can build it in other people's bases and they can have the same benefit. Like one of the other Hive members has enhanced furnace for smelting aluminum and tungsten and I have the improved deviation energy generator. It's quite awesome the teamwork and helping others you can do.

RNGeesus did not smile upon me when specializations were handed out.

The only really good one i got was the Backpack Expansion upgrade. For the rest, the game kept offering me PvP specific specializations (stuff like "explosives do more damage to buildings"), which are utterly pointless on the PVE server that i haunt.
