base purification bug

i got a bug that when i finished my 40s lv3 cortex territory purification but i didn't get the reward to drop!

i just got an error msg in what i assume is chinese when i started mine, no mobs spawned and the cortex are gone

Just had the same thing happen to me as well, looked for it everywhere as i found someone mentioning it could drop on the roof or behind the purifier nothing. Even moved my entire base to look if it dropped trough the floor on the ground but still nothing

I had the same problem today when trying to purify cortex lvl 1. When I killed all the enemies the loot did not appear

I don't understand why the reward has to drop on the ground, sometimes underground, sometimes on the upper floor (if there is one) instead of just going into the input of the machine. Like the oil permits machine

Just had this. No enemies, no starchrom, machine keeps making sound as if still working. Logged out, exited game, back in, still nothing, did some things around the house, and presto, the starchrom was atop my purifier on the roof (i box it in while the waves come). Mind you these were LV1 cores which i purified

Also, im basically surrounded both sides, very tightly by others players territory, and one direction is facing a lake, house is good quarters in the water as much the game let me. The only territory is "behind" my house, with room to spare, but still no enemies. Just tried with lv2 core purification. No enemies again, starchrom appeared on top of my boxed in purification

Why it doesn't just auto loot the reward is crazy, some other missions and rewards work like that.
Also killing everything, then waiting like 2 minutes of nothing happening to get the reward, Bad design.

two purification in a roz i got the succes message but no drop ...

I have this problem too. There is supposed to be a timer on the left side. Nothing appears and the waves start and enemies attack. But after "Puricication Complete" message on the screen, nothing drops by the purifier. (Saw on youtube that it's supposed to drop next to the purifying machine) You use up all the purifiable items though and I got a 'journey completed'.
I tried a second time and still no timer and no rewards. I'm just losing material here.

As I mentioned in another post, if you build walls too close to the unit, the starchrome may drop below foundation and potentially off map. I saw a youtuber the other day, who mentioned it happened to him. Leave space between the unit and the walls.

Half of my reward was missing.

i had this too and after some looking around i found them on top of a tower on my roof (like 5 walls higher) than my machine was. i use that tower to glide to the river to get me water to boil.

This, this was my issue. Now enemies show up normally and everything works!
