Wtf is this and why does it pop up after forcing me to wait 15 minutes in a loading screen?

I dont think you can repair that on your own.
Seems to be an issue with some of the server.
Tested old server EU 00032 (Lvl 14 Char) and EU 00034 (Lvl 50 Char) - no problems.
Tested new server EU 00111 - did the tutorial and after you are gliding to search a spot for your base error code 101 appeared and you are stuck in the loading screen.
Tested EU 00112 - did the tutorial, no problems.
