Why doesn't the refinery work while offline?

I put crude in it to convert over night and it didn't convert any and the time was exactly the same as when I logged off

I had the same last night, logged in today and nothing processed.

So far I think it is working for my friend.
I checked his 15ish refineries and his timer kept moving while he was offline.
I have to assume it is working.
I will have to check more closely tomorrow.

Will double check mine when i next log in to see if i can confirm this odd happenstance.

I will note though, that the Raincaller Deviant doesnt water all the plants when you are online - offline it seems to do its job, but whenever i'm logged in, it will just sit on one plant and not budge until i command it to :/

Just an update, my refineries are restarting if I log out or if I teleport.

Edit: It works just fine as of today.

Mine are still not working. I put everything on switches and I checked to make sure that everything had enough power to run without my eels being out. I still had 24 watts of power to spare and after 6 hours offline my refineries produced 5 fuel. WHAT THE HELL!!!!!

It's bugged for sure. I put in 100 fuel so I should to get 10 premium fuel (outcome is 10:1). When i logged back in after like 12 hrs it still didn't finish refining and when it did I had 2 and in the other 3 premium fuel (I have 2 refineries at the moment).
This is kinda game breaking tho for end level stuff (prime wars). Because you need bio missiles a lot and they require a premium fuel each.

Ps: I relocated my territory once and maybe it has got something to do with that because a there is a bug also when you reallocate your territory your stardust resonant filter doesn't work.

Yeah ok, i get it its a bug. In any new game these days there are (tons of) bugs. I just want to know the devs know of these bugs. As in are they reported yet or not.

There was 17 minutes left, when i gone offline. on the next morning, facility starts again without any progression.
