Logged into my account to see it was deleted?

Hey there, So I got some issue...
I have logged in right now as the time of the post to the game, as I load into it, I discovered that the server I used to play on has gone and my Account character count is 0.

I have tried to re-install, verify files, and even delete the AppData and re-download the game.

Nothing seem to work, I have some serious progress on that account, I have never cheated nor even traded.

Has anyone can help out with this?
I have searched google for Customer Support with not luck.

i play on manibus server SEA

PVE-001-00025
Lost all my progress of days in total and some of my friend in my circle already spend money

We suddenly in mid game crash and cant log in and our server gone also said no chara detected thus no eternaland too

我也是遇到同樣狀況，三個伺服器三個角色全部消失。

I also encountered the same situation, all three characters in three servers disappeared.

Nope. It's user error. I'm in game just fine.

Could you like try restarting your game to see if it's still working fine?

It's just SEA servers that are affected. Hope they come back soon for y'all.

From my understanding the server got deleted, nobody knows why.
