Logged into my account to see it was deleted?

Hey there, So I got some issue...
I have logged in right now as the time of the post to the game, as I load into it, I discovered that the server I used to play on has gone and my Account character count is 0.

I have tried to re-install, verify files, and even delete the AppData and re-download the game.

Nothing seem to work, I have some serious progress on that account, I have never cheated nor even traded.

Has anyone can help out with this?
I have searched google for Customer Support with not luck.

But my Account character count is literally 0

Yes me too. And all players are like that

And you cannot enter game as well

The area of the main menu that shows the server is actually a button.
Click it. It will bring up the server list with your characters.
Click the appropriate server.
Enter game.
Have fun.

I can enter other servers that appear on the list, But the server I played on its like it got deleted or wiped or something
