NO OIL PUMPING EVEN WHEN I'M IN AN OIL RIG

I put my house near an oil rig hoping that my water pump can pump out oil since there is an oil rig and a big oil puddle right at my house. But whatever I do, my pumps always end up with dirty water rather than oil even if I put it in the oil puddle. Can someone help me with this one? or does someone here know what to do. I even tried watching some content creators doing it but I'm still getting dirty water.

I think something off. I'm really near the oil rig and I put 3 water pumps on the oil spill all in different height to experiment and all of it pumps water.

You do not need to be near a rig. The black spill is the thing you want to look for
