I've read that there could be a foundation or something really low in the ground that is causing this issue, or it's just a bug some people are having since the update. I'm hoping they fix it soon, because I kind of don't even want to play until I can move my base.
But IDK for sure if I will try this, it's not fun, it's frustrating. Hope they fix it very soon.
I don't have friends to move my stuff to a new base, but I did demolish my old base, and put my crates on a 3x3 foundation grid. Still the same thing. Sucks because now I can't even build from blueprint my old base to restore it on my current territory lol.
I don't even get an image of my base as I try to move into a new territory, and I just did this literally a few days ago, so some update broke something. I don't have a lot of time every day to play so I just spent last night troubleshooting and trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Sucks.
Yeah, it definitely sucks. It's unfortunate that moving your and demolishing your stuff didn't help. I think it was the big update the other that broke it, because before that, I had moved my base just fine.
Oh, that sucks. I had moved mine before the update, so it's mostly fine. Though I was having an issue with one storage crate, but that seems resolved now.
Either they saw it and failed to address it publicly by warning the customers about it, or they didn't see if because they did not have proper testing cycles. Neither scenario is a good sign, but I still am hoping they can rise to the challenge and provide some sort of solution moving forward. How they handle this type of issue will be a HUGE part of my decision (and likely others) to keep playing and supporting the project financially.
