Can't move base, can't build House Blueprint
When I am in the build mode and press Z, I can't move my base to a new territory. It says "Cannot apply Territory Blueprint due to potential building hovering or collision."

Also I cannot use a House Blueprint in my own Territory. It says "Exceeds Territory range" even though I'm inside my own territory and it's just a 3x3 foundation.

I see in customer support that apparently there are some who are experiencing this, but this really screws my progression in a game that's seasonal and seems like a waste of time if I can't move my base to the next level of materials.

I don't know about the blueprints for myself, but I have the same issue where I can't move my territory to any new location because it says "Cannot apply Territory Blueprint due to potential building hovering or collision."

I've read that there could be a foundation or something really low in the ground that is causing this issue, or it's just a bug some people are having since the update. I'm hoping they fix it soon, because I kind of don't even want to play until I can move my base.

More or less the same for me. My Walls are all gone and the fabricators. I build new ones just to progress any further. 3 Days no fix

I am having the same issue. I literally demolished my entire base and it still did not work. Also tried switching servers and going back, did not help.

I tried to verify my files through steam, and then repair client through the game menu, and it didn't fix anything unfortunately. I *might* try tomorrow night, where I store my items at a friends base, then demolish everything and see if I can rebuild in a new location.

But IDK for sure if I will try this, it's not fun, it's frustrating. Hope they fix it very soon.

I don't have friends to move my stuff to a new base, but I did demolish my old base, and put my crates on a 3x3 foundation grid. Still the same thing. Sucks because now I can't even build from blueprint my old base to restore it on my current territory lol.

I don't even get an image of my base as I try to move into a new territory, and I just did this literally a few days ago, so some update broke something. I don't have a lot of time every day to play so I just spent last night troubleshooting and trying to figure out what I was doing wrong. Sucks.

Yeah, it definitely sucks. It's unfortunate that moving your and demolishing your stuff didn't help. I think it was the big update the other that broke it, because before that, I had moved my base just fine.

i have the same issue. for me the text is even a bit longer. It also says "adjust hight or something onto what the others have mentioned. but i dont even SEE my green or red building. so i see the white outlines, but not the buldings.

I saw my building. It was 2 miles away floating in the sky.

Oh, that sucks. I had moved mine before the update, so it's mostly fine. Though I was having an issue with one storage crate, but that seems resolved now.

I'm on day 3 of having my base stuck underground. Short seasons seem problematic if we're going to encounter bugs that completely halt our progression.

Ideally, we shouldn't have this kind of problem in production. My question is why base relocation wasn't tested when the dev team took all those extra hours during the major update they did. Presumably they saw problems, and made an executive decision to keep the problems in rather than roll back and try again.

Either they saw it and failed to address it publicly by warning the customers about it, or they didn't see if because they did not have proper testing cycles. Neither scenario is a good sign, but I still am hoping they can rise to the challenge and provide some sort of solution moving forward. How they handle this type of issue will be a HUGE part of my decision (and likely others) to keep playing and supporting the project financially.

It's because the blueprint system sucks. You get this error when you have something INSIDE your house that the game thinks is in an invalid position even theough it was perfectly valid when placed. You can circumvent this by building the house directly from the blueprint menu instead of just placing the ghost of the building.
