Does anyone know the recipe for the Stardust dish?

Does anyone know the recipe for the Stardust dish?
I mean that one that gives hp regen. I know we need the memetic specialization for it, but curious how difficult is to make it, also are the other 2 stats random?

its an extra perk u get for Stardust Recipies: Stardust Dish: Shell Break. The Two Perks from my testing are "Passing Gas 10min- (Every 30 seconds, the next roll leaves behind posion mist that creates Vulnerability +20% for surrounding units, and vulnerability +20% for self, lasting 5 seconds ( " and "Destroyer 10min"- DmG TO deviants increases by 30% dmg to humaoid monsters decreases by 30% and Sanity drops by 20 upon kill.) I tried two different foods it was always those two whims

I got the Shell Break option for my lvl 40 but description above sounds awful to have those Whims = "vulnerability +20% for self and dmg to humanoid monsters decreases by 30% and Sanity drops by 20 upon kill."
