What a stupid building mode. Why is it always Cannot be placed here?

I really don't understand this building system, all the time i get in a corner something that cannot be built.
What's even worse is that even with many pillars it still doesnt work.
Initially i liked the building but as soon as i started making something big i waste so many hours because "cannot build" doesn't tell me what i am doing wrong.

The game is anti builder. There is no way to turn snapping off atm and this game has building stability which means you got to place support beams or it won't work. Also you can't build near roads and some items overlap so you can't build it.

Because it doesn't tell you whats wrong i had a problem where somehow i placed a foundation bellow my foundation, somehow that's possible.
And because of that i spent 1 hour trying to move my base to a location where i could see the problem.
i think they can make the snapping better since many times the left sides will not want to look like the right side:)
it's also anoying since big structures can't really be modified easy and sometimes you need to elevator the whole thing

The issue I'm finding is that some pieces just arent snapping in a way that makes sense for them. For example, trying to place an inverted wall under a roof piece. It just will not snap the edge of the roof, but will in other areas. The snapping seems very inconsistent.

why we cant do reinforced building once human i just gathered each and every things for that but its says you cant do this 🙄🙄 why...
