I noticed people are zapping me with some electrical power in the cargo event so quickly..
Curious what power is that? 2 zaps and I am down instead I have to shoot so many bullets in them with my all lv up golden lmg :((( are they cheating?

It is pulse surge. Basically its extra free damage. When it hits, you take the bullet damage (say 900 points) then the lightning damage (1,000 points) and it has a 40% chance to activate or higher chances with the right gear. On top of that there is a piece of armor that gives you +35% chance to crit for 5 second when you cause pulse surge, so basically every other bullet is a crit hit and pulse surge.

not as broken as the crit hit builds, the unstable bomber builds, or some of the other sniper builds.
Any build that supports damage, with the correct weapon and mods and calibrations can be overpowered. I have over 7k health and a guy with a rifle build 1 tapped me in pvp, not even a head shot...

could be a gear difference. I mean in other games, a lvl90 player is going to merk a level 10 players, doesn't mean it's overpowered.
