FPS drops

I usually get 160fps average everywhere in the game but randomly drops to 60-70fps sometimes sticks 100 fps. Anyone else notice this?

4070 rtx And a 7800x3d super 32gb ddr5. I have an insane pc plus i just run on 1080p monitor so this is a bug issue at this point unless verifieing game files fixes this? will try later.

Nearly every time I look at water my game freezes for like 30 seconds and my fps drops down to 30ish. This game is just not very optimized and runs like ass for a lot of people, no matter the PC Specs.

It was fine running 160 fps for 80 hours gameplay but recently dropped 100 fps this week i think its optimized very well if you drop to 30 fps thats a you issue, your pc cant handle it. I'm wondering if its the more player houses being built in my area which is probably the case

See, a lot of people don't seem to understand it's this game alone that has this issue. Every other game I play is maxed out on everything and this it doesn't even matter what the graphics are set to.

Same, I have 3060, i7-12600 and have a lot of FPS stutters and issues. I can play Black Desert High settings no issue. Not this mobile game though! lol.

I fixed it today by updating my nvidia graphics card they just released and restarted my pc back up to 180-200fps

I have to say my GTX 1050ti is a huge bottleneck, but there are more demanding games that run smoother by a lot while I get massive stutters even on the lowest possible settings.

It's so bad that it lags for 3 whole seconds everytime I take a step forwards ingame

My 4080 went from 70 fps to 120 plus (I do lock it at 120) since last update. A reddit poster was talking about ram settings and misconfigured dual channel ram. Head over to reddit, his fps since last update tanked and he went from 60 back to 120 plus with the fix.

I turned off nvidia and steam overlay. It seems nvidia overlay might cause the problem, I did not have framedrops for the last 3 hours

4090,13900kf, 110 fps in 4k, and sometime drop at certain location...

usually i hit 141 fps in cs go 2 very easy... but not for this game and starfield...

While my 4070 has served me well I was unaware that I too was in the "insane pc" class. Thanks for the heads up.

I should let my mom know
