No Cross Server play??
Im confused im trying to play with friends but they are on different servers i cannot join their servers as they are full But i cant cross play with them?? I thought you could join with friends and team up?

If you are on for example PVE01 and they are on PVE02, you cant play together. You would have to go to their server and join their world there. Atleast thats from what I understand. Every server has 10 worlds in them, that you can travel between.

Cant join MOST servers right now tho due to Character creation is off due to Server Registration limits.. its dumb as heck.
So i cant play with my friends cross server?

No. You can't. They need to allow server switching badly.
