for base deviants what stat is better?

i have multiple 2/3 and 3/2 and just curious as which is better to have higher.

Kind of depends on the deviant. Do you want it to be stronger or more frequent?

i went with 4/3. i actually dont know which is better, but i figured maybe better first number might unlock higher tier rewards. for example maybe digby brings back higher tier ore or in more quantities. i dont know if thats true , just the gamble i went with.

first stat is their ability(in this case to mine ore faster/more amount) the second is how fast they regain mood and power so they can go out and work again. However, the second stat covering mood and power can be cheesed by using things like lights and music found under the mood bar. Red lights, a radio playing music, and power to their containment unit will make those bars fill faster.
