I want a refund!!

on 7/18/24 I logged on to my base split in 2 separate areas, all the items in my boxes cant be reached, I cant see or use my vehicle's, my gear is all broken and un repairable, The items i purchased from the store are no longer their and the left over currency is lost in the nether some wear. I feel as though i was scammed out of $29.99 and I want my money back. services were not given and the refund is justifiable. I should not have to sit for 3 almost 4 days to play a game i dropped money on. Its sketchy that the devs dont give updates to the so called fixes, this raises all kinds of red flags for me. Please give me back my money and ill give it to a game developer who gives a ♥♥♥♥ about their player base. I was having lots of fun in this game but as the hours go by and I see no update I am getting more and more upset, wish I never started this game.

Get a steam refund, share the dev post on full servers, cosmetics not account wide, inability to access paid items and show that you reached out to game support with no response (game support is a discord auto bot that takes 4+ days to get a generic response). I was fully refunded the $ I spent and unable to access within a day.

That's unfortunate. I heard refunds for dupes would be issued once august comes, Maybe this would be the case for all issues. Ofcourse that doesn't help atall having money in limbo. Hope you get it sorted and they get back to you.

I have tried through steam and they send me back to once human Development web site, Ive sent an email and get an automated response, so im trying in all forums to get someones attention.

Since the developers are Chinese.

Use Google translator translate your text into Chinese under your English text maybe then they would probably respond. Make sure to tag both of them publisher and developer.

No, your Steam wallet funds cannot be moved or gifted to another Steam account. You may request a refund for Steam Wallet funds within fourteen days of purchase if they were purchased on Steam and if you have not used any of those funds.

so if you used the money you are SoL. refunds on steam wallet purchases are almost non-existent.

If you can't access your paid content literally follow these steps;

1. Contact Devs Support Bot with issue - Do this every day and screenshot (Dev Bot is only support they have and it doesn't respond, took 4+ days to get generic response)
   
2. Contact Steam Support about your purchase and need for a refund, expressing how you can't access your paid items because servers are "Full" and battleplass / cosmetics are server locked
   
3. Provide link to Dev Post about no server transfers and how they are looking to fix this in the future with August patch, but season will largely be over by then
   
4. Provide link to Dev post about "fixing" account wide cosmetics and battle pass coming in August patch, but season will largely be over by then
   
5. Provide screenshot of you reaching out to Devs support bot over the course of 48 hours with no answer / response to the issue.

I did exactly this documenting the issues and requesting a refund in full and steam approved it within 24 hours. It's absolutely ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ and you should get your money back.
