Mystical crate seasonal reward bug

Is anyone else having issues with the task for finding mysical crates and claiming loot? I’ve found several crates both mystic and mystical and for some odd reason the task is not completing for the seasonal tracker

All wrong , the 5th week seasonal mystical crate for the last quest : find 20 mystical ARE the TREASURE chest , i was tracking 16/20 and loot one , then the game give me 17/20 . they are 24 in total

If you solve a puzzle to spawn a crate, the crate will be labeled as a "mystic crate" but it doesn't actually count as a true mystic crate. Each settlement you explore has one and only one true mystic crate, and you'll know when you find it because of the red light and rift growths

strange , it's morphic chest for me and i got the mystical one done. the problem i think is they forgot to add it in or it just not spawning for morphic ones for me or they just have it at end game or something like that ? i always find armor ones and weapons but no storage ones.....

It's not the ones in like the ruined cities. It's the ones that appear after following the trail of the purple glowing things.

You are looking for the mystical chest that you get for following the purple mist. In Map Genie they are called Treasure Chests

It took me way too long to figure this out.

Also: making 10 legendary dishes bugs out bad.

Its gotta be food items not drinks (if they give hunger points it counts. You also have to collect them after cooking)

They are the purple mists you follow to the mystical crates. Under map genie it's named treasure chest

some bases have a 1 fake mystical crate and 1 real one, you only opened the fake one, now you have to find the real one.

So I found this Discussion after I contacted support, hope this clears things up for anyone looking:

Regarding the issue you mentioned about the Mysterious Chest count, we would like to clarify that Mystical Crates do not directly appear on the game map or as coordinate points. Instead, Mystical Crates appear after you touch one or several purple cubes in sequence.

On the other hand, Mysterious Chests are one of the objectives in settlement exploration and can appear directly in the game scene without needing to be triggered.

We recommend that you check whether the chests you have opened are indeed the Mystical Crates required for the seasonal objective of 15. If you have confirmed that you have opened 15 Mystical Crates and the seasonal objective has still not been updated, please continue to contact us again.
