Is there a leaderboard? If not... what is the point?

Since it's not actually a single player game, but is an MMO of sorts, what is the actual point for players to invest time in the game if it effectively restarts every six weeks? I'm not against a season system if the game is competitive in some way, but in my admittedly short time playing I've seen no indication of any kind of leaderboard or scoreboard or anything. Most games that have a season system (ARPGs only afaik) that are successful have a leaderboard so that the rationale for continuing every season is that you have a new chance to beat the leaderboard, or at least can compete against other players. I'm thinking Diablo 3/4, Last Epoch, PoE, etc.

So... am I correct that a leaderboard does not currently exist? If not, how can I find it, and if so, is it planned to be added at some point?

Personally, I don't need a second job, so things like Leaderboards are meaningless crap to me. It wouldn't hurt to have one for those that value stuff like that, but I don't thiink it will ever become a reality.
