Little disappointed in the bike skin for 10k Sproutlets

It's definitely in the list of skins in the garage. Are you looking at the page that shows 5 different paintjobs? It's the third one, the red/black/gray stripes.

It's pretty underwhelming for what's involved in unlocking it. I haven't even used it since I got it.

I personally thought it was decent looking for what you get. It's not like you paid IRL money for the skin.

You're right that it is free. But what he meant and what I agree with is it's underwhelmingly meh.
You need to do Cargo for about 50 times assuming you get around 200 sp each.
If you're alone, you'd get the maximum which is around 300(?) for lvl 40 cargo.
That could knock you down to 30~ times if all those times, you're alone, but that would be boring as heck to walks around in the zone for 5 mins or more depends on if you constantly follow the jelly or not.
All in all, it's too much work for this underwhelming skin.

Holy wow ... They nerfed Sproutlet rewards that much? During launch you were able to achieve the points in 12 successful runs. On PVE servers a PVPer can do it easier then that.

I'm sorry it was nerfed that bad. I'm curious when though? Might be when they introduced the pursuit event. It also gives Sproutlets.

I don't know when it got nerfed if at all. I just have never done that event until recently because I'm mainly enjoy building and exploring, but when my friend try to get the skin, that's when I see how it goes.

Pursuit gives about 600~900 (if you're good at getting every drops) but the good thing is if you're in a party, the whole party gets the same amount. But Pursuit only comes once a day as far as I know?

You are wrong. The level 40 if you are alone you got 800 + 80 for doing it first time a day. With a bunch of people shooting at each other I typically get 300-500 depends on when did I jump in. With more people there are multiple jelly fish btw.

Pursuit gives a lot more. The big blop drops 50 each and if you drive 4x4 there's a way to get min 2 blop every drop. The truck is slow too you don't need to fear it runs away.

I have farmed enough to buy 3-4 times the skin over, but I always used it on something else and save them for next season. Massively easy way to get stardust source for the next season phase I when you carry it over.

I usually get around 600-800 sproutlets while I AFK farm the Cargo Scramble mission. I'm its incredibly easy to do. I think I have something like 70-80k sproutlets at the moment.
