Honestly, I'd just make another character on a different server, but the battlepass isn't account wide.

This is what they had announced yesterday in their Discord.
Dear Metas, @Game News
The development team has begun fixing the territory data anomalies affecting players since the last maintenance. Once the fix is complete, your territory will return to normal (relocation and normal construction will go live again). During the fix process, we will remove the anomalous data, which may result in some buildings in your territory being dismantled. If you encounter such a situation, please don't worry. Please note this is a bug fixing process and we felt deeply sorry for that we have to use this method to restore more players' territory resources.
All dismantled facilities and building materials will be returned to your vault, so please do not worry about losing any materials or items.
Since users affected by this anomaly bug are spread across multiple regions, we will perform the fixes in batches to ensure online data stability. The entire fix process is expected to last 2-3 days. If your territory has not been fixed, or if you have any questions about your territory, please contact us through the feedback desk.
Compensation will be distributed later via in-game mail to the affected Metas.
We apologize to all Metas affected by this bug and big thanks those who have helped the devs team during this process.
