I didn't watch the video (just being honest, no offense) but I can confirm you are correct so if anyone is unsure they are right at least, watch away!

I watched the video.

You show a different location then the one you mention. You show docks near "Greywater" but say "Meyer's Market". So for those who want accurate information:

- Normal bait (the little blue fish thingy)
- Go to: Greywater and find the docks (5715, -3083 inside the tent)
- Go to: the longest dock, the only one without a lamppost or a roof
- Go to: position and face North(-ish) (5687, -3065)

Took me 2 tries with regular bait to get an Skill 3 Activity 4 Eel (My character is level 50).
Edit: right after a post and tab-shift back into game, I catch another S3, A4 Eel :')

New spot, best spot imo, b4 getting patch in the future, is the north east dock in the Red Sand region. Using Minced Bait, so that all hook got 50/50 eel/barracuda. Around (7245,90). I use 25 bait, got 9 Eel, the rest was either no hook or getting barracuda

No lv4 or 5 tho, I only get 3-3 or 3-4. And during Fish Surge event, the eel hook rate dropped drastically because of other event fishes biting.

Edit: Got a lv5/3 during Fish Surge. So it is confirmed - by me so take it as you want - that this spot can give u plenty of eels, from lv 3 to 5. Cost me in total 43 minced bait, get 15 lv 3 eels and 1 lv 5 Eel
