Blueprints in inventory?

I disassembled some weapons and got their blueprints in my inventory but I've looked at my intermediate gear bench and there's nothing there that lets me access them for builds. I looked to see if there was a "Use" option to put them into my blueprints tab and there's not, nor is there any way that I can find to even use these. How in the hell does one use the blueprints in your inventory? I've searched it up but everything I've found references the blueprint fragments and whatnot that do not answer my question. I hope someone can give me an explanation for how this works.

i assume you have calibration blueprints.

they are for changing gun stats
say you get a sniper that has the skills on it you want but its not the sniper you want
disassembling it give you a BP that you can then you to put its skills on the gun you want

disassembling does not give you BP frags

the blueprint system in this game is confusing as ♥♥♥♥, one of the worst iv seen. dont beat your self up if you dont get it or do something wrong. I still dont understand any of it tbh and im lvl 40

Speaking about disassebling BP's.. how do you disassemble them at the Designer's workstation[i.imgur.com]? I don't see that option anywhere.
