180k players online BUT ITS AN EMPTY WASTELAND!!!

Im lvl50 for a few days already and NO ONE PLAYING ANYTHING (Hard, Pro dungeons...) or any prime war. Im on EU-5983423834518325213 server where im seeing same 4-5 ppl commenting in chat...where are 180k players!!!
Marge the freaking servers so we can play together as this game want us to play or shut-down 15000 servers u made and made the game SINGLE PLAYER!

Yeah chat on my server is busy but I’m rarely running into anyone and I’ve never seen anyone active at the bases near mine.

I'm pretty sure everything is instanced -- meaning we're all playing in pockets where only a finite amount of players are designated. That's why if you're on a full server and you hang out in the starting area you'll only see a handful of people whereas if you were playing a standard MMO the starting area would be packed with people. I assume this is to alleviate lag, but unfortunately what it really does is make people think the game is dead, and discourage social interactions.

Here on the South America world 6 server I see a lot of people on the streets, of course it depends a lot on the area too, currently I'm in one at the top right of the map and I hardly see them anymore, however when I was more towards the middle of the map I saw several including several houses being created around me

I rarely see anyone one my server, but now and then I hear the roar of a pack of motorcycles, chaotic gunfire, flashlights in buildings, or explosives. THen I find the annoying trolling whispers on my home.

You either hear them or they leave droppings, but seeing one?

What more can I say except that I still haven't finished any Prime War, BECAUSE NOBODY EVER PLAYS IT, and I can't do it myself because my base is messed up (after latest patch), so my entire storage is gone and I can't even build anything! I mean...what the ♥♥♥♥!

Today i've run into several people on my EU server and i know that i'm on a reasonably empty world on my server. There are not houses littering the world.
But i encountered the people in the 15-25 content bracket as this is where i am myself.
But i did log off because the rubber banding is pretty bad right now. I would try to travel somewhere on the road on the bike and i'd rubber band 10-20 seconds back where i was before. Try to fight monsters and they get back up with full health bars and never die or just stand there invincible then eventually vanish or randomly start attacking me with another 5 mobs popping into existence from nowhere.

It has been happening for hours so i've given up trying to play for now.
