CONSTANT CRASHING

Is anyone else having issues with constantly crashing? I probably crash once every 15-20 minutes, maybe even more than that. i have updated drivers, verified the integrity of files, repaired client, lowered graphics and nothing helps. I never have issues with performance in any games so i am unsure what to do here. Any assistance would be helpful.

Is your CPU overheating maybe? I had a problem where my game not only would crash but my entire PC would shut down. What fixed it was setting CPU performance to 80% in windows power settings. Never had a crash or shutdown since then.

same problem here, it was amazing 8 hours ago, and now it started crashing and shut down my pc every 15-20 mins gameplay, this is sucks. not even overheating, bcs I'm playing other games like FH5 it's normal

This game specifically causes a lot of CPU overheating problems for a lot of people, even in super high end setups

I want to try this but TBH i dont know where to find power settings or how to lower it.

Happening to me too, since the last update. I had no problems before then. As for my CPU, it is not overheating. When I check my Event Viewer, it's an application error.

CPU gets warmer than other games but at mid 50's it shouldn't be having an issue that results in a crash.

Guys stop with the overheating agenda, its just not true. I played for 85 hours with temps all fine. The update from yesterday broke the game, getting crashes every 15-20 mins with a command prompt closing the game. We can only hope they fix whatever the issue is. no need to find "solutions" or tell people its their cpu temp.

Hey Katelynn can you send me your hardware configuration ? i'm trying to identify what could be the problem cause i have the same problem and i'm professional it so i already know its not a cpu temp issue. TYVM

Temporary fix is to set the game to run in dx12 through properties, then drop your graphics and fps once you get in.

Stutters/CPU/Video card fix
I opened my PC and found out my PC looked like a big ass dust mite! blew out all the dust from my video card that kept crashing and cleaned the dust from my cpu heatsink! This fixed my problem 100%!

To all of you saying "cpu temp". That's not it, I had the same.thought initially. So I had my temp displayed in the corner while playing, never exceeded 61 c with a 3090ti and liquid cooled. Still crashes the whole pc. Needs a hot fix time now.
