How to contact support

Is there a way to contact game support? I bought the unicorn skin for my sniper but I can't find it anywhere in my skins and, in the shop, that tells me it's unlocked. I've also looked in the menu and on the game's website where I could contact support and I couldn't find anything.

Would someone be able to help me?

The unincorn skins will just work for the specific weapon named. That said, if you do have the right weapon and it's not working I'd honestly reach out and submit a ticket on the discord.

Hopefully this helps get everything going in the right direction!

Klick the upper portion of the skin section, with the big + . The smaller ones are just for colouring the accessories and the little gimmicks. The upper one change the whole Skin.

This is the way. I struggled to find where to change weapon skins until I accidentally clicked that box and was shocked to find them there.
It needs to be better labeled to avoid confusion.

My problem is that I thought the skins were for all snipers, but no, they're only for one kind... Which of course I don't have. I agree that on the whole everything needs to be explained better. I found out where to change others skins thanks to you. Thanks ^^

Yes, go on their discord, every thing is explained here. There have a tag for it.

It's a discord bot. It will not respond to you. And your thread will be locked as soon as a steam mod notices
