battle pass not showing

Helllo guys, im not seeing the battle pass since the new update its vanished is there anyway of fixing this as i have paid for it....

Hi there! How's it not showing? It should show up if you hit Escape, hover over shop events, and click on Battle Pass.

Yeah im not seeing the shop events section in my server it was there yesterday but its not on there anymore for some reason

I figure if not the description should be fine, but this way they could see what the heck is going on.

For my part I am unable to buy anything in the shop
I would have liked to have fun with the battle pass, especially since it is completed, but impossible :(

I would but alll it is that the event page aint showing up on the escape menu

All i see is settings and 3 other things but no event page to get onto the battle pass

Also if it helps the server is PVE01-00020 some players are having the same issue and some arent

Hi there! I did let the devs know, and it is a known issue! However there *IS* a bit of a work around!

As mentioned in another thread, To access the battle pass and shop, one needs to go to the cosmetics tab, find a cosmetic that is buyable in the store and than click go to store.

I know it's a band-aide, but hopefully that'll help folks for now until it's sorted out!

Oh damn, I don't have it either... Was wondering where my "battle pass XP" would show up....
Lvl 50 btw and didn't appear even once :(

This does not work for me at all, I am unable to buy anything. When I click to buy, it makes a noise and doesn't do anything...
