I don't think I can finish all the contents in 6 weeks, what should I do?

Due to Work, Family and some other craps happening in life, I can only probably play any game for 2-3 hours a week at most.
And the progress I've made is gonna be wiped in 5 weeks, I am not even sure if I can finish half of the content of the game.
This is so frustrating. I like the gameplay, but I am losing the motivation to continue to play. All the time and effort I spent is futile....

How does it relate to players who never did the quest if it relates to those who already completed the quests?

By what you posted, nothing mentions missing old quests in previous seasons.

Dude, read the official notice slowly, letter by letter. Pephaps re-read it it 2-3 times if needed. Not my post, official quote from this post. And draw some logical conclusions for yourself. I will block you from now on.
