its not a single player game saves are on the server end of the game.
Im sorry but you will have to report the issue to them.
you are one of the unfortunate people to lose their avatar other like me have missing base pice's or entire bases gone with no way to recover them they broke the game are aware of the issues and dont have an estimation of when it will be fixed

I do know they are working on trying to get things displaying as they should. However it does seem like it may be a display issue for a lot of folks.

If possible, try logging onto the server where your character was, and see if it lets you back in on your character.

My entire server disappeared, it was pvp1-0009 South America and now there is only until 06. Does anyone know how to recover the data?

The servers are acting strange mine was gone to try switching countries then go back to yours worked for me

my character is fine but for some reason my personal storage was gone when i logged in.

i repaired the game (the option is on the bottom of the main menu) and my character came back. idk if this is just luck but id give it a try

This happened to me too, different server. I attempted to repair but it said there were no errors. I was really scared when it said I had 0/10 characters. I explored the server menu and found the name of my server. Had to confirm that I wanted to join an overcrowded server, and now I'm able to access it again.

same thing happened to me today and i just relogged 4-5 times and my character and server randomly popped up again!

i can only assume its something funky on their server side

mine just got cooked also when my internet died, been gone for a while, hope somethin is done bout this for ppl who lost theirs and couldnt get em back on their own.
