BARRELED CRUDE OIL --> PORTAPLE MIXED FUEL

This is bugged, BADLY.

But here is the steps to make it work.

1. Activate the meme "Fuel Refinery" from "Infrastructure"
2. Reset it.
3. Activate it again.

Now you can put Barreled Crude oil in your first refinery and get Portable Mixed Fuel.
