Stardust Resonant Filter not working

When trying to purifiy cortex the filter will not start due to "Territory monsters are not able to be refreshed", I have tried rebuilding the chamber elsewhere, moving my base to flat open ground but nothing is helping, my friend can use his rosonator right next door to my base with no issues, anybody know how to solve this or contact a dev about it?

It's very possible this is connected to the general base relocation issue the devs are working on fixing. A lot of users can't move base so possibly an issue with base coordinates system.

Even if you can move your base maybe the underlying coordinates for the stardust resonant mob spawns still think it's at the wrong spot or something.

Just an idea, I could be wrong.

Just want to bump this cause I've had the same issue now for a week. Tried moving the base everywhere with no luck

Bro at least you didn't waste 4000 worth of starcrom on the device it tell me i exceeded the limit even though there is a 1/40 which makes no sense. They have a lot of issues that need to be fixed in order to have a wipe at all. I would say first wipe might be a few months away since issues are constantly happening.

Only way to get your starcrom is to do it with a friend until they fix it, no idea if they are looking into it or not as they dont seem to have an actual bug report feature or tracker that i know of, to be fair it wont be that big of an issue for them considering most people prob wont return for another season anyway.
