GAME BREAKING - Housing is broken - DONT MOVE

Moved my base so I could be closer to the area I am progressing in, and the area moved, but my entire house just disappeared with all its contents (the base, crafting, containments, storages, everything!) below the ground. Now I can't even move it to another location, since I get an error that the base might be hovering or w/e.

They have a templating function built into the game so you could literally save your base as-is in case something happened (minus the mats which take minutes to grind), and you didn't use it?

They've already had cases where people have been missing stuff after a patch and they have done a good job of returning the stuff to players after fixing the issues, and you don't have any patience for that and won't put in a ticket?

IMO negative review on the game is unwarranted considering all of this - it's a f2p game that just launched, they all have hiccups.

Wish we could leave negative reviews on players for just being dumb. You seem like the kinda person that's always going to play the victim.

I just joined this game day before yesterday... I have never seen any announcement. Nor are there any warnings in game AT ALL.

So now me warning people and being a little upset draws out the personal attacks. Great take buddy. Move on.

"Dropped a negative review" ... "Thanks for destroying all my progress.": That's not helping or warning anyone, that's ranting, lol. Don't take the self-righteous route when clearly from your response to them you didn't actually do anything on your side to try to prevent or resolve the issue.

Have they made any announcement about rolling out a fix for the partial territory issue? I cant even manipulate anything within the partial base as it give the error "exceeds territory", and when I try to move it I cant place it anywhere because the template used in the move territory function doesn't have a foundation. Love the game even though I would be a bit salty if I lost all of the stuff that is missing, but more-so just want to be able to start getting back on my feet if that is the case, literally cant build anything within my own territory as of now.

How is he being rude? It's clearly what you are doing throwing a tantrum like a child and trying to start a review bomb trend because of this bug, instead contact support and update people if it's been fixed or not, grow up.

"You are warning people." Yet you ignored all the threads about it on reddit and steam since the game went out of maintenance and are throwing a fit. I'm sure people will be warned by your thread and don't make the same mistake like you.

So when you try to place it in another location you get an error message?
Did you try pressing Alt + scroll wheel to change the elevation level? It's where you can make the building lower or higher. It helps you when you want to build on slopes for example and stops you building into the dirt.
If you're in the ground already. Bring yourself out of the ground. I don't know if it works, but give it a shot.

Yes error says that the base is hovering or w/e... I tried getting above, below... even using ALT-Scroll Wheel to move up and down... the base never reappears at all now and I cant place it anywhere else. I even tried going back to some really flat areas and nothing.

Thanks for the suggestions, but I think I tried everything.
