Kinda not what you asked for but I think its a viable build, the more you hit a weakspot the more extra damage you use, paired with obliterate and such mods it feels very powerful. I don't know how it compares to later but I'll probably keep this build until the next season i reckon ill have to get to that point and use it at the target dummies
To clarify the thing i said is useless imagine you have a blue blueprint T1 (1 star) and a purple blueprint T1.
When you upgrade the blue rarity blueprint to T4 (4 stars) for example, it will likely still be less powerful than T2 purple blueprint. Maybe even T1 purple.
I assume this carries forward between purple and legendary ones (orange/gold) but I think legendary ones are rare enough that its still worth getting purples, or maybe even using legendary shards for something you dont care about to level up your purple blueprint for example.
