Earthly Boots

I was messing around with the bp enhancement system and I guess I used 5 Earthly Boots frags? Sitting at 10/15 and not sure if this is farmable since it came out of a specific mystical crate. Am I at the mercy of the wishing machine, or is there another way to farm these frags?
