Dev's give us Oceanic Servers already.
I know a ton of people that are refusing to play purely because there is no Oceanic servers.
I'm play on SEA server and the ping and lag is pretty bad and not being able to understand anyone breaks the game for me.

wont get them anytime before Season 2 starts if they do decide on putting em up and getting them before season 2 starts will just see them at very low pop and make the devs think they arent worth it and shut em down anyway.

I'm pretty sure they wouldn't be low pop. Must have a dozen people alone on my friends list that are just waiting for an Oceanic server to dive in.
Not sure why the Dev's excluded an entire zone and tried to bundle us in with SEA which never works.
