People, I've done all the tasks, killed all the bosses I could, but they won't let me into the next location. I have it open on the map and even have a path to the next task, but the butterflies won't let me in, who knows what the problem is?

That means your server hasn't gotten to that phase yet.

Then you are low level. If quest lvl number is red, you cant do it yet. So grind some levels, I think its ok if you are one lvl lower :)

wait for the next phase on your server. phases changes weekly - new phase -> new content, new parts of the map.

Pretty sure that zone unlocks this Sunday. Ran into the same problem before servers went down.

Please share a screenshot of what the game is asking you to do. Open your quest log, select the quest you're trying to do and screenshot it.

It will be much easier to help if we can see exactly what the game is asking you to do

Grind up a level, and follow the gold main quests

no need for a screenshot. u already can have the quests to go to another area which is higher than your lv -> but when the server is not on the 2nd phase u cant go into this area till phase 2 arives on that specific server.
