How much should I charge for gas?

I have an oil and gas farm set up. As many pumps and refiners as I have the power for. Not sure how much I should charge for the gas. One guy suggested 50 links per 1 portable gas. What do you guys think? Whats a fair price?

Been wondering this myself, I accidentally found oil on my property I thought my water pumps were bugged cause I wanted water and only got oil.

That might be a good starting price but the market will sort itself out, if it sells out in an hour then you probably need to raise it.

Is oil itself used for anything else or only gas that is usable? I mean is it even worth to sell straight cruel oil because the refining takes forever.

Only thing I am really hearing is "thee" hot item is acid. Not really sure how useful anything else really is, in terms of setting up in a vending machine.

But I'm not at endgame yet I could be way off on what else is valuable.

Yeah so Acid is going at 100 bucks a unit on my server and someone said they were cool at buying gas at 50 bucks a unit. So I've just been valueing things based on the value of acid since its the real money and energy links are unironically worthless.

Since there's a six week reset there's not a huge reason to make tons of currency that will be gone when the reset arrives.

Instead of cash why not try the barter option

At the end of the season you can spend energy links to buy StarChrom, which you don't lose to the reset, so energy links are actually very valuable in the end
