Each Season/Scenario has a different map?

If I'm reading the official information in the game and its website correctly...it seems like not only does the map reset each season, but each scenario will have a different map? Right now there's only 2 scenarios, but they plan to add several more. What I can't see is HOW different those maps will be. I don't think the PvE server's scenario and PvP server's scenario maps are very different at all? But what about when they add more?

Yes, that is correct. "How different will they be?" No one knows yet.
