how to re-do base easily?

is there a way to pack up everything so I can rebuild my base? or must i place all storage pieces in a corner somewhere, on a foundation, then demo everything at once?

there must be an easier way

If you break the walls away, all the upper floors will collapse and everything on them will be converted into materials. The ground floor you have to do the hard way.

what i did was just build 4 foundations in my new location and moved all of my storage and deviant containers and stuff onto those off to the side

yes do this, i did it also, everybody doing if u want rebuild base.

So going to Eternarland, building new, saving Blueprint and then bringing it to new loc would work? Does it automaticly demolish old building this way?

As multiple ppl answered.
The "easiest" way is to demolish the Base entirely, place a few Foundations somewhere put Storages and such upon that. And then Move the Territory.

I've done it this way multiple times. Isn't that hard anyway, Since rebuilding usually requires to demolish anyway.

This does not work. You can’t use Eternaland building blueprints in live.

this thread is really awesome and shows the inability of people to understand one simple question. just reading the tiltle "re-do base" seems to be too hard for some people. how can people interpret that as "move base"?

Honestly I played with it for a bit and found the fastest way was to just store all ur mats " what u should be doing anyway" and demolish everything as you get a refund. Then just rebuild from scratch. Keep storage off to the side of the map.

I'm having the same "issue" as OP, and after reading the entire thread now I don't know what do do... press B then Z, demolish everything saving containers in a corner, laugh, cry, or go to the toilet

Same here. The answers in this thread baffle me.
I like the building mechanic and my base grew into a monstrosity over time. I would like to rebuild it for more efficency but to destroy everything by hand is too uch of a hassle since i decorated everything (I'm close to the item limit xD)
Since I'm at max level and have most of the stuff i need it would be a nice filler to focus on rebuilding my base. But this is just annoying

I have a suggestion for u. Make a new foundation block in your current base, that is only IMPORTANT components. You know like the crafting tables, facilities everything that isnt walls floors ceilings. Now delete your old base but keep that foundation stuff. Save it as blueprint. Now just go to a new place and build that base back. That way you dont lost resource on important expensive items right? or does this not satisfy

Edit: I noticed you already said that, yes just do it. My base has alot of layers and it did not take long at all. Also you can reuse the 'foundation base' in the future too so its easy.

From my own painful experience I can tell you that a large part of your materials and stored resources disappear :(
