Heh, luckily I read to the end coz that was going to be my suggestion :)
The "easiest" way is to demolish the Base entirely, place a few Foundations somewhere put Storages and such upon that. And then Move the Territory.
I've done it this way multiple times. Isn't that hard anyway, Since rebuilding usually requires to demolish anyway.
This does not work. You can’t use Eternaland building blueprints in live.
I like the building mechanic and my base grew into a monstrosity over time. I would like to rebuild it for more efficency but to destroy everything by hand is too uch of a hassle since i decorated everything (I'm close to the item limit xD)
Since I'm at max level and have most of the stuff i need it would be a nice filler to focus on rebuilding my base. But this is just annoying

Edit: I noticed you already said that, yes just do it. My base has alot of layers and it did not take long at all. Also you can reuse the 'foundation base' in the future too so its easy.
