Memory Leak??
Hi guys and gal's,

Has anyone been experiencing performance issues after about 30 minutes to an hour of playing? My game runs fantastic for the first 30 minutes to an hour and then it feels like I am running on 30 fps. Is anyone aware of any memory leaks or has anyone experienced something similar and knows a fix?

Thank you.

Maybe I'll try capping at 60, 60 is better than feeling like 20 or 30 I guess lol
Tried that as well with my high temp issue, didn't work above 50 (35° at 50fps, constant 85° as soon as it hits 51).

Oh really, well damn, I guess we wait for performance updates

I´m doing 5h runs with 5800X3d and "old" AMD drivers with my 6800XT, didn´t run into any probs so far. Actually perf seems to be more consistent latelty, capped at 120FPS(wish the game devs would realise there are even more sweetspots like, 74\81\90FPS and on lower end maybe 45\50etc to cap to). Capped FPS to min FPS= more consistent experience.

does your ram usage go up?
Not that I have noticed
I suppose you can extrapolate from this info that its not a ram(memory) leak if your ram usage doesnt go up.

I noticed enormous memory consumtion BTW and it grows during the game. When I just launch the game total RAM usage is like 9 GB, but in like 15 minutes after a few teleportations it grows up to 30+. When I quite from the game (or it crashes) memory usage drops back to normal values

Its actualy worth noting the cached memory in this case too. Steam had a bug a few months ago where picture uploads would cache memory and not release it. So you could end up with no ram to play games with enough pic uploads and need to restart the system to clear it.

A thing I also noticed with this title is that AMD drivers can glitch and task multiple command line interface in Task Manager. Which is never good for memory management.

I'm using the Launching Bay now, from Net Ease. And just copied the game into the Launch Bay Games folder.

No performance issues so far.

It ram My ram start around 8Gb about 10 hours of solo play it goes to 60 to 80 GB out of my 128GB of ram. Then with a group it half that time so 5 hours it hit the same as solo .

Holy bloody overkill. 128GB of RAM? That's a lotta detonated wam!
