Premium fuel refiner bugged and giving way less premium fuel than intended

In the description, it says that the refiner gives 1 premium fuel for every 10 mixed fuel and unless my memory is faulty, this used to be the case at launch.

However, now when I feed it 100 mixed fuel, it only gives me a single premium fuel. Is anyone else getting this bug?

Yeah I just noticed this bug too myself, even though I put in 100 and only got 2, not sure how it works tbh

mine wont even stay on half the time i just turned that ♥♥♥♥ off deleted it and undid the specialization same with special refinery
