Where do you make minced bait?

I bought the recipe I learned it, but its not in the supplies bench where the other baits are. Same with my friend

No minced bait. You can buy the recipe from fishing camps

The description in the shop when you buy it says you can craft it at the supplies bench. I see all other baits there but not minced. I also checked the kitchen set and it is not there either. I double checked that the shop showed the recipe as sold out and it is not currently in my inventory. Is this bugged?

Edit: People on the discord are reporting that the recipe for mince bait and bait with spices got swapped so buying one recipe gives you the other. I bought both recipes at the same time so this does not seem to be my issue.

I have the advanced bench. It turns out that it actually was the recipe swap problem. I could have sworn that I bought both and also read both since the shop said sold out but I went to another fish shop and bought both recipes (again) to test if I could read either of them. It let me re-read the mince one and it now shows in my supplies bench. The swap does not seem to be consistent and you can't tell which one you are going to get until you buy it (tooltip in the shop does not match tooltip of the item it gave me).
