V doesnt have commissions

I can progress the journey questline, V doesn't have the commission option for me. Any ideas what I can do?

When you go to town, find the NPC with a paped/clipboard icon on top pf their head, they are the ones that give out commissions.

V doesn't show commissions until you reach and interact with the NPC that first gives you commissions. V offering you commissions is a convenience. He's helping you remember what commissions you're working on without having to go back to town to remember your tasks. (And there is another way to get that info in the ESC sub menus.)

And once you complete the weekly commissions, the UI will show 5/5 complete and nothing to do until the timer resets and a list of new commissions are released.

I found solution, you have to finish the Follow The Stardust task line up to the point where you meet and help Mary at Deadsville.
