Short answer:
All blueprints (House, furniture, gear, weapons, etc...) except the ones gained through the talent tree (Memetics)
Blueprint fragments
Mods
Weapon accessories
Cosmetics (clothers, expressions, anything like that)
"Important Currency: Starchroms (Used at wish machine for Rare Blueprints), Crystgins (Idk what that is), Mitsuko's Marks (Seasonal currency to be used in seasonal shop, I think; can't remember), Stellar Planula (Idk what that is), and Sproutlets (Used at Jelly girl)"
Main story (You will be able to accept streamlined versions of those quests if you also completed them) and side quest progress (for future seasons where the quests are the same)
The only things that categorically don't carry over are your character levels and world map progress (The map will go back to being fogged).
Shorter answer:
Basically, you keep all the important things that are RNG, drop-rate based, that you bought with money or were given to you as cosmetic rewards, and none of the things that can be easily reaquired. However, I am wrong about this since, as stated by the devs "Essential resources like materials, medicine, and ammunition can be carried over into a new season based on item transferring rules". I just won't go in-depth about this cause I can't be arsed to look into those rules right now.
Bye bye world Once human. Pity.
yes buy the cosmetics.. an keep chasing the same grind with almost no NEW content input.. thats how these companies make money.. All the effort up front, click a few random ' event variables '.. milk the whales/streamers while they can.. close shop.. RINSE REPEAT.. This way with constant wipes.. they can keep the server counts down.. an ride the last whales as long as they can without much cost to themselves..
