Ninja patching
I'm okay with changes. It's part of gaming. But, Devs, I wish you'd document changes you're making and let us know :)

I know that. And they don't tell all the gameplay changes they make in patches. I'm not the only one that has noticed.

Then take the initiative and go to the official website.
Damn, do I have to do your thinking for you?
Apparently so.

The last update on the official website is four days old and changes have been made since then, hence the "ninja update". Maybe check for yourself before you tell someone else to super chief.

Shame others for asking basic questions are the actual ones who are acting like an illiterate.

You sure are delusional about being intelligent.

Any other game provides patch notes after every single patch/ update, not give a weeks worth of notes at one time.

It would be in the developers best interest if notes were provide after each update/ patch. When making a bug report we are asked for date and time when we observed the issue.

Providing notes after every change can allow the player to inform the developer that the issue was first observed after a certain update/ patch. This will help the developer by narrowing down the timeline of where to look and get the issue fixed. They can determine if the issue was a result of the newest changes or if they need to look further back due to the issue lingering and only being observed for the first time.

If they have an announcements page here on Steam where they post patch notes and developer updates (which they do), then they should put ALL of the patch notes there. It makes no sense to put some here and the rest elsewhere.

They have changed durability on things, damage modifiers, spawn modifiers, the way groups and starcrom resonance filters work, and several other things without a single mention of it. They'll give several pages of notes and have no mention of things players notice (such as icon changes).

It's annoying, and the need to get their stuff squared away on this issue. it's not difficult to do.

**Bug Fixes (August 8, 2024)**
1. Fixed an issue where gliding would stop working if players modified the glide/climb key settings. The option to enable gliding has been disabled.
2. Fixed an issue where the damage dealt by Manibus to buildings in the Prime War was too high.
3. Adjusted the completion requirements for some season goal tasks:
- Reduced the required Riddle Spot explorations from 80 to 60.
- Reduced the number of Mystical Crates to find from 36 to 20.
- Temporarily removed the goal to "obtain a Deviation with a Deviant Energy and Activity Rating greater than 5." We'll bring it back after fixing the issue where some Deviations weren't being counted. This won't affect the number of Mitsuko's Marks needed for rewards.
- Lowered the Mitsuko's Mark requirements for the Season Phase V rewards: 2-star now requires 400, and 3-star now requires 750.

**Bug Fixes (August 7, 2024)**
1. Fixed an issue with the distribution of the Deviation Festering Gel.
2. Fixed an issue where players were forcibly pushed aside when colliding with a caught Electric Eel.
3. Fixed an issue where players' territories were incorrectly flagged as belonging to others, preventing teleportation.
4. Fixed a text error in the reminder email for expiring Meta Passes.
5. Fixed an issue where wallpaper unlock items could be used repeatedly, leading to unintended consumption of already unlocked wallpaper items.

**Bug Fixes (August 6, 2024)**
1. Fixed an issue where new players could fall through the ground during the tutorial, causing the respawn point to be incorrect.
2. Fixed an issue where player models didn't fully load in the Forsaken Giant main story dungeons.
3. Fixed a rare issue where certain materials could be stacked due to a physics validation error.

**Bug Fixes (August 5, 2024)**
1. Fixed an anomaly with the "Tireless Takedown" Caliberation Slots in Pro dungeons.
2. Urgently fixed an issue where players can enter certain dungeons while carrying Chaotic Cortexes.

They announced the patch info 2 days before they patched. Balance changes aren't always mentioned in patch notes, unless they're about specifically unbalanced items or items being exploited.
