How do i change server?

you need to choose another server in start menu - green title on the top

Edit, do you mean server or world, 2 different things. Servers can not be changed with the same charactor, you will have to make a new one and start again.

world:
at the teleport terminal, click world and it is done, you will not see anything different except your base will be grey not green. If you want that world to be your new one then move base in the new world and that will then be default.

I mean server location, i chose Europe, but i got high ping, wanted change to Japan, i click on server and it shows Europe anyway
